Patrick J. Beam assisted design and execution of this project as a Principal of Bassett Associates.
Patrick J. Beam developed the Master Plan for the 30-acre site incorporating an assisted living facility and an independent living community within a lush landscaped setting complete with a paved walking trail system. Site design services included environmentally sensitive design, incorporating grass swales, scenic retention lake, and the preservation of an existing stream.
