Beam Designs provided sensitive conceptual planning through detailed design and construction documentation for the complex service, safety, pedestrian circulation, and outdoor activity programming of this major waterfront recreational site. The site design function was key to providing access to the existing marina docks and lake front beach, while providing service and public gathering areas for boating equipment and dock rentals as well as offering outdoor dining and relaxation opportunities for the visitors to Alum Creek State Park.
