Patrick J. Beam as Prime Contractor has provided Program Development, Existing Condition Analysis, Detailed Design and Construction Documentation for Redevelopment of the Primary Open Space and Performance Amphitheater adjacent to the Administration Building and Performance and Recreation Centers. Features include a Pavilion, Clock Tower Structures, and a Water Feature.
