Patrick J. Beam designed and executed this project as a Principal of Bassett Associates.

Patrick J. Beam provided master planning through detailed site design and construction documentation and Clean Ohio Fund Grant assistance for this most recent addition to JAMPD. Hermon Woodlands is a largely wooded 71 acre park donated to the park district with 75% Clean Ohio Funding. The Hermon Woodlands Park offers 2 enclosed shelters, restroom facilities, 2 miles of wooded trails with timber bridges over streams, an innovative children’s “IMAGINATURE” playscape and the educational “Storybook Trail.”

Pat is meticulous when it comes to designing a project and seeing the project through. The projects that Pat has been involved in the Park District have been timely, the design is well thought through, and changes to the project scope are limited once underway. I believe the way he approaches his work speaks for itself.
