Patrick J. Beam provided landscape architectural services of this 287 acre park containing an 89 acre former City of Lima Reservoir converted into a public fishing and boating lake complete with boat ramps, walking trails, accessible fishing docks, and overlooks. The remaining 200 acre park contains a swimming lake with sand beach, family campground, 18 hole Frisbee golf course, playgrounds, outdoor amphitheater, volleyball courts, sledding hill and 3 picnic shelters. The parks meadows, forested areas and arboretum are all connected by over 5 miles of paved trails leading to the 20 mile long Ottawa River Bikeway.
